What are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are a field of consciousness that holds the imprint of your soul’s journey.

They offer insight into who you are, why certain patterns repeat, and what’s asking for your attention now.

Many people experience the Records as a source of wisdom, perspective and understanding during times of transition, uncertainty, or growth.

How I Approach This Work

Akashic Records consultations here are grounded in deep listening, discernment, and integrity.

This work is approached as a practice of inquiry rather than prediction, and of clarity rather than certainty. Rather than offering fixed answers or telling you what to do, sessions are designed to support your own awareness, meeting you where you are.

Consultations are held individually, with respect for each person’s pace and capacity. The intention isn’t to replace your inner knowing, but to support clear, responsible engagement with what’s present for you now.

Preparing For Your Akashic Records Consultation

Your questions help guide the session.

While you’re welcome to ask something open-ended like, “What do the Records want me to know?”, sessions tend to be most useful when they’re grounded in what’s actually present in your life.

Many people come to a reading wondering what questions to ask. If you’d like a deeper exploration of why I encourage clients to begin with what’s happening in their lives right now, you may enjoy this audio reflection:

Before we meet, you might reflect on:

Consider what isn’t working in your life right now.
Where are you confused, stuck, or in need of guidance?
What are you worried about?
What keeps you up at night?
What patterns are you frustrated with and can’t seem to resolve?
What would your life look like if you could fulfill your heart’s deepest soul-level desires?

Prepare 4-7 questions in the order of priority or urgency. This will allow us to address the most pressing issues first.

You don’t need to submit your questions before your consultation. Have them available for you to reference during our time together.

The best questions are the ones that start with WHAT, WHY, or HOW.

Please avoid questions requiring a direct YES or NO response and time-related questions like “When will…?“

Amy's Training and Journey

I’ve been working in the Akashic Records since 2011, after a year of searching for solutions to a persistent health issue.

I trained extensively with Dr. Linda Howe, progressing through multiple levels of certification and completing both Teacher Certification (2014) and Premier Elite Teacher Certification (2022).

Since then, I have worked with hundreds of individuals, supporting seekers, practitioners, and transformational entrepreneurs in developing a grounded, personal relationship with the Records.

I offer certification programs in the Pathway Prayer Process© to teach access to the Akashic Records and collaborate with fellow Premier Elite Certified Teachers through the Worldwide Academy for Akashic Studies to train the next generation of teachers.

My work is rooted in clarity, discernment, and practical integration, supporting students not only in accessing the Records, but in learning how to work within them with integrity, confidence, and trust.

My consultations and classes are available online and in person in Lafayette, Colorado.
