We all need touch to thrive, and massage therapy can be the answer to managing achy muscles, pain, injuries and countless other maladies.

Whether you are considering massage to address an injury, chronic pain, reduce stress, or to augment your current wellness program, each session is designed to meet your short and long term goals.

Below are various types of modalities I provide to create the perfect session for you. You can request specific modalities or tell me what you want to get out of your session and your session will be tailored to your needs.

Modalities

Neuromuscular Therapy

A unique combination of techniques that address acute and chronic pain as a result of injury, accidents, muscle/postural imbalances and overuse. Myofascial release, trigger point therapy and muscle-energy techniques are integrated into a session to relieve pain, restore range of motion and to improve circulation.

Medical and Orthopedic Massage

Massage to address injuries resulting from auto-accidents, such as whiplash and back pain as prescribed by a medical doctor. Orthopedic massage addresses pain and discomfort associated with conditions such as Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJD), scoliosis, lordosis, kyphosis and other musculoskeletal disorders.

Swedish Massage

General full body massage using effleurage, petrissage, kneading, vibration and tapotement to encourage circulation and muscle relaxation. Great for stress relief, relaxation and sore muscles.
